Trial lessons are available at one of our schools or on clients’ premises, at the students’ convenience. Trial lessons for the major languages in Japan (Japanese, English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Chinese, Korean, Thai and Indonesian) are a charge of ¥2,200 for one 30-minute. However, there is a charge of ¥5,500 for one 50-minute for every trial lesson, for all other languages. This amount will be deducted from the school fees upon enrollment. Please note that this amount is not refundable.
Payment for the trial lesson must be confirmed at least one day before the scheduled day of the lesson. It needs to be done in cash at the school’s office, or by bank transfer. Please see our bank accounts information below. If you wish to change the date or the time of the trial lesson, please make sure to contact our school office at least by 5:00pm of the day before the scheduled day of the lesson. If the previous day is a Sunday or a holiday, please contact our office the day before.
After the trial lesson, our friendly advisers will be happy to help you and answer any questions you might have. After carefully listening to your requests, our advisers will suggest to you a program tailored to suit your schedule, level, specific needs, and budget. Upon completion of the trial lesson application process, the trial lesson fee is to be made via bank transfer to the appointed bank account by the agreed upon payment date.

On the day of the trial lesson, please come to the school by the agreed upon time. ICC does not accept same day cancellations of trial lessons so if the need arises to change the date and or time of the agreed upon trial lesson, it is the policy of ICC Language Schools to require that the change be made no later than 5:00PM the previous day(two days prior should the previous day be a Sunday or national holiday)directly to the school.
Upon completion of the trial lesson, ICC’s staff will conduct a brief explanation ( approximately 10 minutes)of how the Lesson System works.
After the explanation, should there be any further questions, please feel free to ask.
ICC will contact the instructor in charge to arrange the first lesson on the requested date. ICC requires that payment for Lessons be made via bank transfer to the appointed bank account by the agreed upon date.
※ In order to arrange a trial lesson to fit your individual level, study goals and schedule, we would like you to answer the following questions in as much detail as possible.
※The actual lessons can be scheduled from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 〜23:00. However, as a rule, the trial lessons can be held from Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 12:00 to 18:00.

For those who wish to either cancel or change a trial lesson that has been scheduled,
ICC must be contacted no later than 17:00 the day prior to the scheduled trial lesson.( Should the day prior to the scheduled trial lesson be a Sunday, national holiday or a school holiday, the notification of cancellation or change must be made no later than the day prior to the Sunday, national holiday or school holiday.)
ICC cannot refund the trial lesson fee for any cancellations or changes made after the above mentioned deadlines.
